Amadria Park Camping Sibenik (the new name of Solaris Beach Resort campsite) is located in the Dalmatia region of Croatia. The park is located directly on the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea and has stunning views of several islets. From the spacious 4 km long (partly pebble) beach you can walk straight into the clear water. The campground has a saltwater pool with a separate paddling pool that overlooks the sea. The location of Amadria Park Camping Sibenik is perfect because there is an awful lot to discover and see in the area. For example, there are many National Parks, islands and beautiful cities that are well worth visiting.
Amadria Park Camping Sibenik is a beautiful and large campsite in the heart of Dalmatia. Surrounded by a pine forest and bordering the azure sea, the area is a gem! Also at the campsite itself, everything is neat and tidy. This campground is part of an entire park that includes hotels that are also on the property.
The historic town of Sibenik is just over 6 km from the campsite. This medieval town, one of the oldest cities in Croatia, is a beautiful fortified city and features beautiful Gothic and Renaissance architecture. The cities of Zadar, Split and Trogir are also not far from the campsite and well worth exploring.
The beautiful surroundings of this campground make for lots of great days out. For example, the campground is located among many national parks. Krka National Park with its magnificent waterfalls is only a 20-minute drive from the campground. This really is a must see if you are in the area. National park Kornati is also accessible from Sibenik. This archipelago in the Adriatic Sea consists of some 140 islands, 89 of which are protected. The Kornati Islands are accessible only by boat. You can rent a boat yourself or join one of the many boat tours.
There are plenty of camping sites in the campground. The campground is divided into four different zones, with the Premium Zone directly overlooking the sea. The different camp sites are further explained below:
Premium Zone: this row of 12 pitches (PA 24-35) are the most luxurious and have direct views of the Adriatic Sea. Electricity, water, drainage and SAT TV are included in the price.
A ZONE SUPERIOR: these pitches are close to the sea. These sites also have electricity, water, drainage and SAT TV.
A ZONE: pitches are centrally located in the campground. They are also equipped with electricity, water, drainage and SAT TV connection.
A ZONE MOTORCYCLE/TENT: If you come on your motorcycle with a tent, this is the place for you. There are sites with electricity, water, drainage and SAT TV connection. Some sites have only electricity.
B ZONE: this basic pitch has only electricity and no private water point.
There are six washrooms at the campground. All are very nice and very clean. Hot water is available. Sanitary facilities are available for the disabled. In addition, there are showers for the dog.
If you are looking for rental accommodation at Amadria Park Camping Sibenik, you have a wide choice of different mobile homes. If your budget is not too big, there are fairly standard mobile homes available. If you are in need of more luxury, you are also in the right place. For example, you can book a Comfort Plus Lounge Camping Zone mobile home with a completely covered, wooden, veranda with a lounge sofa. The most luxurious mobile homes overlook the sea (harbor) and are equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher and two bathrooms. Check out the various providers for the complete range.

The swimming pool at the campground is a saltwater pool and has a separate children’s pool. You have a beautiful view of the adjacent beach and the Adriatic Sea from the pool. There is also a separate children’s pool. The pool is not very large in relation to the campground. For an additional fee, there is also an Adults-Only pool. As the name suggests, this pool is for adults only (18+). You can chill out here.
However, the beach and the beautiful sea are the tastes of this campground. On the (partly pebble) beach you can enjoy the sun while the children are playing in the water. Because of the pebbly beach and pebbles in the water, it is recommended to bring water shoes. Also, don’t forget to bring your snorkel set, because the water is so clear that it is worth exploring the underwater world.
In the water is a playground of air cushion. You pay a one-day entrance fee for this and then you can play, jump and slide to your heart’s content. Fun guaranteed!
If this is still not enough, you can go to the adjacent Aquapark Dalmatia. This water park is part of Amadria Parks; however, you have to pay an entrance fee here. The water park is very nicely landscaped and has many slides, water playgrounds, fountains, hot tubs and a lazy river. Children up to 90 cm may enter for free and for children between 90-120 cm there is a child ticket. Buy tickets online at a discount, and if you don’t want to go in until after 4 p.m., tickets are also cheaper.
Aquapark Dalmatia, is paid – water park beautifully landscaped, many slides, water playgrounds, fountains, hot tubs, lazy river. Children smaller than 90 cm free, children tickets for children 90-120 cm, adults tickets 120 cm and larger. Special cheaper tickets after 4 p.m. Expensive for what you get.
For total relaxation, the wellness center & spa is the place to be. You will fully relax in the hammam, sauna or indoor pool. You can also book various treatments there, such as massages and facials.
Scattered throughout Amadria Park are several restaurants. At the campsite itself is restaurant Sibenik where you can eat good food. A snack bar is also available. On the beach you will find Beach Bar Lanterna and Beach Bar 55. At both you can have a nice drink.
The animation team at Amadria Park Camping Sibenik organizes various activities during the day and in the evening. There is a mini-club for children where games and craft workshops are organized. In the evening, they can join the mini-disco. You can also participate in various sports activities, and in the evening you can enjoy live shows and music. Dalmatian evenings are also organized, where you can enjoy traditional Dalmatian music. These take place in the Dalmatian village on the park.
Besides the pool and the beach, you can do many other sports at this campground. You can play soccer, basketball and tennis. There is also a beach volleyball court and table tennis tables. In the dedicated fitness room, work on your fitness.
There is a cool mini-golf course at the campground with a pirate theme (extra charge). You play a game of mini-golf among the pirate ship with its cannons, a giant skull and there are water and smoke effects. This is definitely a fun activity with the whole family!
For children, and parents, who love gaming, Amadria Park Camping Sibenik does have something very special: there is a Playstation game room!
The best way to discover the area is by bike, which you can also rent at the campsite.
For your shopping you can go to the supermarket. There is also a separate souvenir store for the cutest gifts. If you still need supplies for the beach, they also sell them at the campground.
Pets are welcome at Amadria Park Camping Sibenik. Check the conditions at the rental properties.
The Aquapark Dalmatia is not included in the price. You need to pay separate entrance fee for this.
There is a private marina that belongs to the campground. You can bring your own boat to this campground.
There is a charge to park your car, costing about 10 euros per day. The parking lot is outside the campground.
