Camping Aloha is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, near the village of Sérignan and not far from the somewhat larger cities of Narbonne and Montpellier. As the name suggests, there is a fine tropical touch to everything you find at this campground. This medium-sized, clean campground has more than enough to offer for a successful vacation. Nearby you can visit medieval towns like Carcassonne, Sète and Béziers, but just a long stay at the campsite itself will certainly give you more than enough rest and enjoyment as well.
In department Hérault of the Languedoc region, near the village of Sérignan and directly on the Mediterranean Sea, is Camping Aloha. Mediterranean temperatures, in other words. If you want to get out and about, there is plenty to experience and admire in the area. For example, go to Sète, on Lake Thau. It has an authentic fishing port and is characterized by its many canals; not for nothing is Sete often compared to Venice. The somewhat larger Montpellier is also not very far away. Béziers is slightly inland and is such a fine lively city, with many festivals and also many stores. The intriguing thing about Béziers are its nine locks; the Canal du Midi runs right through them. This canal connects Toulouse to the Mediterranean Sea and has an elevation of over twenty meters. A particularly beautiful, tourist city nearby is Carcassonne. This medieval city is known for its 52 towers. In Cap d’Agde there is an aquarium with beautiful fish. How about the Abbey of Fontcaude: this is one of the stops on the way to Santiago de Compostella! And if you really want a day out, it’s only a two-hour drive to … Barcelona. In short, there are many outings to think of in this area.
At Camping Aloha, various sizes of pitches are available for reservation. From smaller than 60 square meters to considerably larger than 80 square meters. All sites are equipped with electricity. Camping here is wonderful: under the trees, amid the sound of crickets and Mediterranean scents and never far from the Mediterranean Sea. Clean washrooms are always nearby. Across the campground runs a (dead-end) larger road to the beach, but this doesn’t bother you much anyway.
Camping Aloha is a five-star campsite on the Mediterranean Sea and houses a number of districts with accommodations: Waikiki Premium, Moho, Fleurs Confort and Hula. These neighborhoods are all shaded thanks to the many trees. There is a huge selection of luxurious chalets from various providers, which will absolutely make your stay at this welcoming campground more pleasant. The Rainbow Waterpark is a true 600-square-meter swimming paradise suitable for young and old. The three heated outdoor pools of this aqua park are located a few meters from the beach, which still gives you a fine choice: a fresh splash in the natural sea, or opt for the super clean water of this water park after all. The waterslide and slide of this pool are really fun and will give you many hours of swimming fun. Toddlers have also been thought of. They can frolic around in the heated paddling pool. Want a moment to yourself without the kids? Step into one of the three hot tubs and allow yourself that pampering moment. Both at the pool and at the sea, Camping Aloha has made sure there are plenty of lifeguards and lifeguards. By the way, the sandy beach here is lovely and the sea gets deeper very quietly.
Camping Aloha has several restaurants on its grounds. Let’s start with restaurant Rooftop 808. This restaurant has a panoramic view of the pools and the sea and very tasty cuisine. The trendy Tiki Bar is also a great place to eat; here you can mostly indulge in burgers and pizza. In the middle of the vacation village you will find another snack bar Le Sunny and you will also find plenty of dining options at the beach.
Camping Aloha has paid great attention to the entertainment. There are kids’ clubs for all ages, so children from 5 to 17 can have a great time here. Of course, the little ones have also been thought of. There is a paddling pool, an area specifically for toddlers and even a baby area.
Those kids’ clubs themselves range from games and sports tournaments, to a treasure hunt, beach volleyball, culinary workshops and a mini disco. In the evenings there is also fine entertainment for adults in the form of performances, so in terms of entertainment you are definitely in the right place here as well. You’ll also find plenty of activities on the coast itself, including great water sports.
Athletes have also been thought of, with a gym, sports fields and water sports galore. On the property itself there is a tennis court, a multi-sport court, a petanque court, a gym and a game room. Nearby, you can also canoe and kayak. A little further away are opportunities for canyoning and rafting. You have to be in the car for a while for that, because it’s still about 70 kilometers away. Back to Aloha: you can take windsurfing lessons, or stand-up paddling. A bit of horse or pony riding is also among the possibilities. For the children, three more large playgrounds can be found at the campground.
At Camping Aloha you will find a supermarket, where you can find everything. Fresh rolls are available in the morning. Even just washing your clothes is no problem, thanks to the laundromat. If you do want to go to a bigger supermarket and spend a little less money on your groceries: a ten-minute drive away there is a Lidl and a Carrefour in the village of Serignan.
Not very far away, in Béziers, you will find a great trampoline park called Trampoline Spirit. Here you will find a large and clean hall, with many trampolines, foam boxes and two baskets. Fun is almost guaranteed here.
