Camping Weekend

Camping Weekend

Between Saló and San Felice del Banaco, on Lake Garda in Italy, is Camping Weekend Glamping Resort. The campground is not located directly on Lake Garda; a steep path down the lake takes you to its shores. And because it is therefore slightly higher, from the campsite you have an insane view of Lake Garda, the Alpine peaks and the many greenery of this area. When darkness falls in the evening, the lights of all the villages on Lake Garda turn on, creating an enchanting picture that you can witness from the pool, from the restaurant or simply from your own tent or accommodation. Camping Weekend is located in the less touristy part of Lake Garda, in a beautiful green area with olive trees and close to wineries. And has all the luxuries to make it a wonderful vacation.

Location and environment

Add to that the rolling green hills and imposing Alpine peaks, with the many picturesque towns and historic castles, and you have a setting to make your mouth water. Undertake a trekking through the park of the Rocca di Manerba. Cycle (or hike) along the various nature trails and encounter archaeological finds. The most important ones you behold in the Archaeological Civic Museum of Valtenesi, with remains of up to 10,000 years old, from Pieve, Rocca, San Sivino and Sasso. Fine villages on the coast are San Felse del Benaco, Portese and Cicaon, in an area with very old farmhouses. These are connected by biking and hiking trails, so you’ll encounter them as you take a trip. Camping Weekend is in a fascinating location, overlooking the Gulf of Saló. A walk along the Lungulago Zanardelli promenade in Saló is heart-pounding fun. You will find several restaurants. For somewhat further trips, consider world cities such as Milan, Venice and Verona.
