Camping Park Albatros

Camping Park Albatros

Camping Park Albatros is located almost directly on the Etruscan coast, in Tuscany, Italy. This is one of the largest campsites in the region, but thanks to an almost flawless organization, that’s rarely noticeable and, instead, it feels cozy and snug here. The children romp with the water in one of the six pools, you stroll around the central square or walk along the path of about 800 meters to the private beach, by the sea. This campsite is equipped with all the comforts, and what’s more, there is always something to do: the animation team is ready from morning to night, mascot Albi takes the children under her wing. Also take into consideration the beautiful Tuscan surroundings, with absolute highlights like Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca all within a two-hour drive and you know: this can’t help but be a great vacation.

Location and environment

This is Tuscany. Where in the summer months the temperatures are always around 30 degrees, but where it is extremely pleasant all year round. Sometimes it even gets too hot, but you won’t suffer from that at Camping Park Albatros, as this campground is located almost directly on the sea. And by the sea, you can see the albatrosses skimming low over the water in search of fish. The campground is located near the pleasant town of San Vincenzo. A little further south is the port city of Piombino, from where you can take a ferry crossing to the island of Elba. The immediate area is best explored on foot or by bicycle, which of course you can rent at this campground. However, the world-famous cities located in this area are better visited by car. They are usually an hour to two-hour drive away anyway. By the way, excursions are organized from the campsite to Florence, Rome, Elba, Cecina and Livorno. You don’t have to worry about that either.
