Location and environment

This is the Costa Dorada, where there are plenty of fun outings to undertake. In fifteen minutes you are in the center of Salou, in an hour you are in Barcelona and stroll down La Rambla, visit the Sagrada Família or marvel at the work of Gaudí, so beautifully implemented in the streetscape of this metropolis. Or go to something smaller, to the fishing village of Cambrils. The town has preserved its marine origins, which means narrow streets, the fishing port, a medieval wall to defend against pirates and several watchtowers. Also nearby is the town of Tarragona. This was one of the most important capitals of the Roman Empire and it shows. The impressive past is still plentiful here. Prefer to go into nature? Then be sure to go to the Delta de l’Ebre. This delta is a fascinating natural area.

Pitches

As befits a large campground like Camping Sanguli, you’ll find several types of pitches. By default, you get a spot of 75 to 80 square meters, including electricity and Wi-Fi. It can be bigger, of course; the premium has 145 square meters and here you also have water supply and drainage. Dogs are welcome on the pitches. The smallest spots can sometimes be a bit tricky to park your car, so good to look into this anyway. Scattered throughout the campground are six luxurious washrooms. Four of them are also handicap accessible. At the reception you can get a lot done. Here you will find not only information about the area, but you can also rent bikes, buy tickets (for FC Barcelona matches, for example), rent a refrigerator, lockers and here you can also withdraw money from ATMs. Since the campground is quite large, it is a nice luxury that there is a free little train running around that can easily take you to the pool. Also be sure to visit the Botanical Garden.
