Camping Villaggio Turistico Internazionale is really a great five-star campsite near the village of Bibione. Located on the Adriatic Sea, between Venice and Trieste and equipped with all comforts and luxuries. Sometimes you imagine yourself in a hotel here, so well taken care of to the last detail. With over 2,000 square meters of pools, young and old will have a great time. Still prefer to go to the sea? It offers a private beach, with its own bar, plenty of sports facilities and more. This park-like spot in northeastern Italy can rightly be called a vacation paradise.
So, Camping Villaggio Turistico Internazionale is located on the Adriatic Sea, between the beautiful cities of Trieste and Venice. And that too in a crazy place. Very close by is the village of Bibione, which you can visit with the camping boat train. This train runs toward downtown every evening and on Tuesday mornings, when the local market is. Of course, Venice can almost be called a must, but cities such as Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Udine and Padua are also nearby, as are numerous small villages that truly date back to Roman times, such as Aquileia and the fishing village of Caorle. Will you be gondoling, or visiting Romeo and Juliet?
The campground is divided into two parts. On one side you will find mostly rental accommodations, from mobile homes to villas. On the other side are the pitches and some more mobile homes. There are over 300 spots for your tent, camper or caravan and they all measure one hundred square meters. So you have all the space. All these spots are situated in a pine forest and just 300 meters from the pools and the beach, so you never really have to travel huge distances here. The plumbing is in tiptop order, especially the newest plumbing building is fully equipped. You can wash and iron yourself here, for a fee. The showers have hot water and are free to use. The campground offers the option of renting private bathrooms for yourself or the whole family. Dogs are allowed at this campground. In fact, there are special areas in the plumbing to wash your dogs, so you could say that they are more than welcome. The beach and swimming pools are also free for camping guests to visit, but the umbrellas and sunbeds do come with a price tag. Note that you must stay at this campground for at least seven days during the summer months. Outside the summer months, a minimum of three days is set. Of course, this is also not a transit campground.
As already mentioned, Camping Villaggio Turistico Internazionale is a great five-star campsite for good reason. The area is square, making it appear somewhat smaller than it actually is. As for accommodations, the choice is vast. This really ranges from mobile homes to entire villas. What is certain is that all stays are furnished with every luxury, so you will not lack anything at all. Compare all accommodation providers here and make the ideal choice.
The Aquatic Park is perhaps the jewel of Camping Villaggio Turistico Internazionale. Over 2,000 square meters of water fun await you. Here there are plenty of water games to do, you can go down the slide at wonderful speed but of course you can also just swim your laps in the semi-Olympic pool. Or unwind in one of the Jacuzzis. Whiz down the slide in the Lighthouse Pool, have plenty of fun in the Fun! Pool, or romp in the Trifogio Pool. The pool here is particularly highly regarded, and for good reason. Of course, the campground is located on the Adriatic Sea, which also provides the campground with a private beach. There is a free beach, as well as a paid beach full of luxury, a beach bar, plenty of sports facilities, and so on.
Camping Villaggio Turistico Internazionale has several restaurants and they are all of an excellent standard. Restaurant Al Villaggio offers a rich buffet of purely Italian gastronomy. This restaurant has an important Italian chef certification and you don’t often see that in campsites, so here quality is really guaranteed. Restaurant al Mare is close to the sea and pools. Here you will find mostly pizzas and pastas and it’s just lovely to hang out. Right by the pool is Bibo’s Pool Bar, for some snacks and a cold drink. Nice and sunny with a cocktail in your hand, that is. Bibo’s Café offers ice cream and also has a bakery. As for food, you can purchase half-board here. A sort of combination discount, for breakfast and lunch.
People say the entertainment at this campground is “formidable. In any case, the team is extremely active, organizing courses, classes and various tournaments. They do not focus solely on the little ones, but take adults in tow just as much, such as to wine excursion or in the evenings with show and music. The Mini and Junior Clubs offer games and sports activities. The campground is also fun for teenagers: the soundproof disco Coco Loco is popular and new contacts are quickly made here.
Use the early morning to exercise in nature. On the Fitness Trail, an entire course has been laid out where you’re going to get your first sweat drops of the day. Here you can play all your familiar sports, such as soccer and table tennis, as well as learn archery. For the very young, there are a huge number of games that can be played. They will most certainly never be bored at this campground.
In the campground you will find several stores, such as a supermarket, a bazaar and a hairdresser. The supermarket does actually have everything you need, including fresh bread daily, but of course you can do more extensive shopping in nearby Bibione. Scattered around the campground, you will also find several ice cream vendors.
Of course, here you have the already mentioned cities, such as Venice and Trieste. The village of Bibione has also been touched upon. Just outside the camping gates you have Bibione Termae, a wonderful spa. Ideal for relaxing after a whole day out!
